Policy & Governance Documents

The way in which Parish Councils operate is strictly governed by various pieces of legislation covering the different aspects of their work.

Like other Parish Councils, Wymondley Parish Council has its own Code of Conduct and Standing Orders, which govern how parish councillors should behave; and how the Parish Council’s meetings should be conducted.

The Parish Council has also developed a series of policy documents relating to specific aspects of its work, including how it manages its finances and how it manages the personal data it processes and stores in relation to people it deals with.
