Planning Applications 21/03380/FP Land To The North And East Of Great Wymondley Arch Road Great Wymondley Hertfordshire

AGR Solar 4 Limited have advised Wymondley Parish Council of upcoming archaeological investigation works at Land at Graveley Lane and to the east of Great Wymondley, Hertfordshire that are due to start in the week commencing 9^th December 2024. These works are being carried out in response to the archaeological pre-commencement condition attached to the planning permission for the site (LPA Ref. 21/03380/FP; SoS Ref. APP/X1925/V/23/3323321) and are expected to be completed by the end of January 2025.

Little Wymondley Gardeners make a start

A few members of the volunteer group made a start on the central island in Little Wymondley in March 2023. Armed with road safety signs, cones, high vis jackets and a variety of tools, they tidied up the area. We have one more area to do in the near future in terms of weeding and then we will be planning the possible ways that we can bring colour and pollinators to the heart of the village. Special thanks to James from the Bucks Head who loaned his hedge trimmers and James the resident who made us tea.
